Oh, and one more wonderful note: Rodney and I went out for an evening walk yesterday and saw a nest marked "N138". If the numbers in the south part of the park are consistent, this means we're well over 200 nests for the season and still a good way out from season-end in October....GO, baby sea turtles!! Love you, Lulu!Angela Christensenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00629271379912565894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3368158831786362298.post-24616380977581500702010-08-06T10:27:21.087-04:002010-08-06T10:27:21.087-04:00I'm on your team ~ GO, baby sea turtles!!!
Yo...I'm on your team ~ GO, baby sea turtles!!!

You're right, the whole process is magical. My heart opens up wide each time I spot a new nest or, on a super-special morning, actually get to see mama's tracks. This ancient, primal force of nature seems oddly out-of-place in our busy world. Witnessing this miracle on the beach is a meditation, a way of feeling as one with our beautiful planet. Thank you for sharing your photos and words and love!lulumariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01951594259193037282noreply@blogger.com
